The Cupertino giant, Apple has released the third beta of iOS 9, which is the biggest update to the operating system till now.
This update comes with improved music app with access to Apple Music, two-factor authentication system, several other tweaks and bug fixes.
Some features of iOS 9 beta are:
News app: With this update, News app comes live. This app offers list of news stories based on each user's preferences and interests. Further it also comes with specific channels and topics and also supports the addition of RSS feeds from Safari. As of now, this app is only available for U.S
Two-Factor Authentication: With this update both OS, iOS 9 and OS X 10.11 El Capitan gets revamped two-factor authentication system and it is more streamlined.
App folders on iPad: Now the iPad has been updated with 4x4 arrangement than 3x3 arrangement. It also lets the users to see more apps at a glance.
Photo app folders: Now users can seggregate their selfies, screen shot pictures with a new folders for selfies and screenshots in the Photos app.
Music app: Users can access Apple Music, Beats 1 radio, and Apple Music Connect, with the music app in iOS9.
Search improvements: When swiping downwards to bring up search, Siri App Suggestions are now displayed.
Camera: In iOS 9 Beta, volume buttons cannot be used to snap a picture.
Restrictions: In General --> Settings --> Restrictions there's a new logo for Siri & Dictation. There's also a new setting to toggle on/off access to the News app, and the option to turn off Apple Music Connect is gone.
The iOS 9 update is will be rolled out to the public in the fall, while the public beta test is might be rolled out soon.
