Cyanogen Expected to Roll Out its OS 12 Soon For One Plus One and Yureka

Open source operating system Cyanogen is preparing for the Cyanogen OS 12 update for Yu Yureka and OnePlus One smartphones.

As per Cyanogen, the Cyanogen OS 12, which is based on Android Lollipop 5.0 is now in the QA/QE stage for both devices and it will soon begin soak-testing for the Yu Yureka in the Indian market. According to the company, separate update will be released, with the latest Lollipop 5.1 update to its users. The OS will reach the device somewhere in the next few days and the releasing date is also not yet officially announced.

As of now in the Indian market only, Yu Yureka is the only smartphone that runs on Cyanogen. Reiterating the specs of the smartphone On the specifications front, Yureka sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display and has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels along with Corning Gorilla Glass3.
