Google publishes Android 5.0.2 factory images for Nexus 10, Nexus 7 2013 Wi-Fi

Now the latest news states that Google has released Android 5.0.2 update factory images for Nexus 10 and 7 (2013) WiFi variant also, which fixes the storage and alarm problems according to the change log. Few days back Google released Android 5.0.2 update for the Nexus 7 (2012) WiFi version which is a known fact.

In fact, Google released Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update last month with some bug fixes which was left out in Lollipop 5.0. Basically Android Lollipop 5.0 is a upgraded version of KitKat 4.4. This updates comes with new material design which offers a bold, colorful and responsive UI design, refreshing notification system. It allows the users to see the notification in the lock screen and heads up notification are displayed like banners on the top of the screen. Moreover, there is do-not-disturb feature also added in the notification bar.

This update also contains battery optimization, which includes battery saver mode, job scheduling and a new developer tool called Battery Historian which tracks the battery consumption by the apps.

As OTA is not available, you can go to Google Developers to download the factory image for the Nexus 7 (2012) Wi-Fi variant.
