Samsung Fires Complaint to Block Nvidia Chips In the U.S.
Back in September, popular chipmaker Nvidia filed an infringement complaint against Samsung and now the reverse situation has arrived to our notice. Samsung has filed a complaint with a US International Trade Commission against NVIDIA.

The South Korean tech giant is asking the commission to block imports of NVIDIA's computer graphic chips in the U.S. markets. The company is also urging the agency to ban Nvidia's GeForce graphics chips and Tegra mobile processors. The compliant has been filed against Nvidia for making false claims about its products and infringing upon several chip related patents.

Samsung and Nvidia has been poking each other since September and also in October Samsung counter sued Nvidia regarding the false benchmark results. It accused Nvidia of misleading consumers by revealing false benchmark test results for its Shield Tablet in comparison with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

The battle over the patent infringements would rather go long way by the looks of the nature of the two companies. However, it is not sure, as to who has the upper hand in the pending verdicts from the commission.
