Soon Samsung will update its renowned Tizen interface. Although, the company has not launched the smarpthones running on Tizen OS until now, it still chooses to improve the UI for the future devices.

So far the TouchWiz UI which comes layered over the OS in almost all the Galaxy smartphones, has received a number of times. This comes as a surprise as the new screenshots of Samsung's Tizen version 2.3 have surfaced, courtesy of Tizen Indonesia.
By the way it looks, you can easily see that the latest version of Tizen OS looks a lot more colorful than before with refreshed icons. However, the base color for the new UI still remains the same old Blue.
Another thing that has been noticed by a lot is that Samsung has optimized the user experience for screen resolutions starting at 800 x 480 pixels (WVGA). This is also a hint that enables us to expect a new UI in the low-end devices that the company has been hinting to launch by the end of the year.
Apart from the design and looks, the are hardly any functional changes that can be seen on the new Tizen UI. It's quite simple and seems to have taken a lot of cues from Android and TouchWiz.
The new Tizen powered phones will also be used by the company to compete against Chinese and Indian smartphone makers of $100 smartphones. It's also going to compete against the Android One participants, as hinted at the conference.
