YouTube For iOS Updated With Live Streaming, My Subscription Feed and More

The YouTube app for iOS has been updated to Version1.3, bringing access to live streams and other features. Though the app is still not in par with the Android app, it still is a major improvement.

Users can now be able to watch live streams, get quick access to new uploads from subscriptions with "My Subscriptions" feed on the guide, queue up videos to play on TV. Also, the app now allows one channel branding for video creator channels.

Apart from these features, the update bring stability and performance improvements. The updated version can be downloaded for free on Apple iTunes Store.

Earlier this month the YouTube app for Android was also updated with smiler features. The update brings quick access to new uploads from subscriptions with "My Subscriptions" feed and one channel branding feature for video creator channels.

The update brings fix to a bug which caused some accounts to periodically sign out. Apart from these changes the update also brings other bug fixes and performance improvements. The app is available for download at Google Play Store.
