RIM is all gearged up to launch the next generation version of its mobile platform, Blackberry 10, which will be followed by the launch of Blackberry new smartphone range. Many analalyst assume that the upcoming range might land with outstanding features to reverse the fortune of the Canadian manufacturer in terms of success in sales figures as compared to the standing rivals.
The two smartphones which are making round in the tech media world thruogh series of leaks and rumors are the fully touch enabled L-series smartphone and another one a traditional QWERTY keypad N-series phone.
Recently, few pictures of the BlackBerry L series handset have been leaked online offering tech enthusiasts a glimpse of the BlackBerry 10 London handsets.
According to a recent CrackBerry report, brand new pictures of the BB10 based L series Evalution unit have been posted by a forum member named Bbercat.
These photos show the BB10 smartphone in different angles and it is compared with a Bold 9700 smartphone. Also, these photos offer a glimpse at the new BlackBerry Hub feature of BlackBerry 10 OS incorporating all social messaging, texts and exchanges in a single center and a peek at the new lockscreen.
A couple of days back, RIM's CEO Thorsten Heins and Vice President Andrew Bocking were also spotted using the new BlackBerry 10 smartphones and capturing photos using them at Lakers game.
Going by the earlier rumors, the L-series smartphone will have a 4.3 inch display with 1280 x 768 pixel resolution, dual core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB expandable memory, 8MP rear camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and NFC.
