Going over multiple pages, trying to get what you need is a pain, is there an easier way? carbon lets you have Timelines, Lists, Favourites, Searches, Trends and Profiles, all in one screen.

The App features really cool transitions and useful gesture commands, making navigating though the app, smooth. However, the app isn't perfect, as push notifications feature is not yet available, perhaps it is the one promise, the developers have fallen short on on. Also the app is not available for Android tablets, as of now. All the Android-smartphone users out there, you can download the app from here
