With CES 2015 around the corner, lots of exciting stuff is set to happen next week. All the tech-giants are gearing up for their products announcement and launches as CES 2015 shall be a grand opportunity for them. The latest tech firm who got enrolled in the list is none other than Chipset manufacturer Qualcomm.
Recently, Qualcomm has shared an image which teases the LG G2 Flex mobile with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset on its official Twitter account. The tweet says " A new #Snapdragon 800 powered smartphone is launching next week at @intlCES - here's a first look".
Below is the picture of new LG G2 Flex showing off its rear panel featuring a set of buttons and the distinctive self-healing polycarbonated back, which confirms the LG G Flex series smartphones. According to the reports, we can expect G2 Flex officially to make its debut at CES 2015. Although the buttons are a different design to the G3, the textured look on the rocker and laser-etched style center button are very similar.
Although, its not clear what the Qualcomm is up to, we have to wait till the unveiling part on the CES 2015. It is known fact, that the SoC manufacturer Qualcomm is working on the issues, to see the release of the new 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 chipset in early 2015. And the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 S-LTE which was unveiled recently is will feature this Snapdragon 810 chipset, offering the first LTE-A Tri-Band carrier aggregation.
As the report suggests, the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 will have four Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 1.9GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz.
