Google Play Store not only offers to download apps, games and e-books for your Android device. But, the store also allows you to buy or rent movies as well as TV shows.

The movies section has been made live on the web version of Google Play as well as on Android devices via Play Store app. You can rent movies for as low as Rs. 25 and can buy them for a minimum of Rs. 100. You just need to install the Play Movies apps on your Android device to download, watch and manages movies that are purchased or rented.

Movies and TV shows rented at the Play Store are available for viewing up to 30 days. Movies can be streamed over Wi-Fi or 3G on the device using Play Movies app or on web by visiting Play Store. You can download purchased movies on up to five Android devices for offline viewing through Play Movie app. While, the rentals can be downloaded only on one device at a time.

Here are the step-by-step instruction guide on how to safely rent movies on Google Play Store.

Open the Play Store on web or the Play Store app on your Android device.

Click on the Movies tab running along the top of navigation bar in the Play Store. Now you will see a list of movies that are available to rent or buy.
