The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Heading Over to Major Mobile Platforms this April

Spidey is coming in hot, and it's enough to set all the fans' spidey senses tingling. According to reports, popular mobile game developer Gameloft has announced that it is planning to launch a sequel to its hit game The Amazing Spider-man in April. The newly made Amazing Spider-Man 2 will now be available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone on release.

Based on the release of the blockbuster movie by the same name that's set to arrive in April, the new Spider-man game will feature a brand new and original story that's inspired by the movie. Also, the game will be action packed and filled with iconic villains such as Electro and the Green Goblin.

"We've also introduced some cool new features for this game that I'm really excited about! The game takes place in an open-world Manhattan which has increased size and graphics from our 2012 Spider-Man game," the official page states.

"With the addition of the new villains, new combos and other unpredictable action, I can barely contain myself. I can't wait to save the innocent Manhattan citizens from the evil that is attempting to take over the city!"

While Gameloft is yet to offer any information related to the pricing of the game, it is expected that the game will likely cost around Rs.390 initially, similar to most premium Gameloft games that fans usually find up for sale.

As of now, the first iteration of the game The Amazing Spider-Man is currently available at a huge discount and is available at only Rs.6 on Android phones through Google Play Store.
