Leica is out with good news to the world of photography. Leica comes up with M9-P limited edition full frame camera. Professional shooters would be quite impressed with the Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’. This camera comes up with a new design from Walter de’Silva. Only a fewer number of units will be sold out and this makes it more special to the prospective buyers. Leica came out with such an idea influenced by the notable success of its predecessor model cameras.  

There will only be 300 units of Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ available in the market. The package includes 50 mm Summilux-M f/1.4 ASPH which is silver-anodized. They also mentioned a Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’, which is an exclusive version and only 100 units will be sold out. The kit contains 50mm f/0.95, 28mm f/2, and 90mm f/2 lens, along with a special Hermès camera bag. 

The design of Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ camera includes ocre coloured calfskin leather. It also features a matching shoulder strap. The powerful design also includes easily accessible control points along with smoother top-plate. Other interesting features with this specially designed camera include a base plate and also a faster shutter speed dial. The shutter release and multifunction wheel are other notable features with this redesign. For the sake of a unique design, the accessory shoe, frame selector lever, and Leica script are omitted. Other basic technical specs remain the same as with Leica M9-P standard version. 

The unique product design, exclusive numbers, along with premium finishing with numerous other extra features makes Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ a really special edition. The new design brings up a perfect harmonization with cameras, lenses and its accessories. 

Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ is offered in two different sets. The first set includes only a single lens whereas the second one contains three lenses. Leica came up with this special edition camera for photographers who are looking forward to cameras that mix style with efficiency. Leica is hoping this idea to become a good hit in the camera market.  

Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ will be available by this month at a price of around Rs.12, 50,000/-. Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ limited edition can be purchased at a price of around Rs.25,00,000/-. These newly designed special edition cameras will be made available exclusively through Leica Stores and also Leica Boutiques. Leica is planning for such wonderful moves in the future as well.
