The Amazon Kindle Tablet will follow a code similar to that of the Android, but from the looks of the display in prototype models, the UI is entirely different and it's definitely an Amazon.Com compliment which is still monitored on an experiment basis.
The Amazon Kindle Tablet is fully loaded with Amazon applications and will definitely have a quality run on the Amazon Operating System. The applications can be listed starting from Kindle Reader, Instant Video Player, Amazon Cloud Player, and further more can be downloaded from the application store enabled. It is rumored to have more than one host of cloud service based application which will be backing the operating system of the tablet.
The hardware configuration is some what similar to its competitor in the market, the Nook Color. The touch screen display will feature a two finger multi touch capacitive display. It definitely won't be an e- ink. The device will be loaded with a single chip and is said to offer internal memory storage of 6 GB. When released, the final decided model will most probably have an external memory slot for expanding the memory of unit to a 6 GB.
The new Amazon Kindle Tablet will have a WiFi, obviously with almost all the tablet devices released have it as its default attribute. The system thus would have an excellent connectivity with the supported networks. The tablet has a rubberized back giving a better grip on the device. It reminds about RIM Blackberry Playbook when viewed from certain angles. One thing that would be disappointing in the device will be the absence of a camera device.
The Amazon Kindle Tablet edition will be clearly viewed as arrival to the Barnes and Nobles Nook with the Amazon and Nook devices showing similarity even in colours. The pricing even will be similar. The tablet will support online movie viewing, e-book reading and live music streaming. The tablet will find its best use in USA and this can affect its sales in other countries if the Amazon's cloud based music is not made available there.
