Asus Eee Pad Slider more features out
The Eee Pad Slider is nothing but an amazing piece of technology that smells a lot like a device of the future. World has seen the convertible design that was introduced with the Asus Eee Pad Transformer, complimented along with its performance so good, but this one is everything you could ask for and that too with a built in keyboard.
Looks a lot like the Transformer Prime that was out very recently and that’s what almost everyone who got a clear look at the newcomer thought of. It has a black exterior and that’s common. What makes it uncommon will be the key board that slide out of it. Another image was provided too so as to give the user a clear idea about how the tablet will collapse to reveal it’s built in slide keyboard.
While there is nothing else that seems a bit too alien or new in it with the device having all those regular sets of items one would expect like the embedded documentation, the USB cable, or the wall charger.
But it’s interesting how some features popped out of it like that of a thicker body of the tablet that seems a bit odd especially when things are getting thin nowadays. Well it’s got a soft touch covered body though but that is not helping any way in reducing its weight. But that can be understood with the unit having a keyboard to hide and this definitely is the only reason why they are slightly bigger than the other tablets in the market.
The key board has got a best design with its chicklet style keys slightly protruding from the surface and also clearly identifiable from each another. But still the keys seem a bit too cramped with the way they are arranged. The tablet will be made available soon and with a price that would justify its features.
The tablet hasn’t got any detailed review anywhere over the net that clearly states all of its features and the utilities included. But it can be expected to have all those regular materials along with some additional applications and utilities that the company claims one would find in it. Now this can be believed only after one gets their hands on one of them and says from the heart that Asus is true.
