ASUS Unveils New Netbook X 101
ASUS Technologies, the leading manufacturers of cutting edge technology enabled, high intelligent smart phones, laptops and notebooks very recently introduced a very sleek, light weight net book-the new ASUS X 101 at an event held in Bangalore.

The new netbook is just 17.6 mm thin and weighs about just a 1Kg.This Asus netbook is a very suitable one for those having an interest on mobile computing. Though small in size and less in weight, the features and utilities in the netbook make it bigger than any other similar laptops coming under similar category.

Asus X101 has a 10.1 inch monitor display which is pretty impressive and stylishly curved. The display of the backlit monitor is LED. The new netbook is enabled with an enhanced Bluetooth connectivity option. The Bluetooth version in the netbook is a very recent 3.0 version. In addition the new netbook comes with a cute keyboard which is sure enough to make a bold impression in the beholder. The netbook has a superior performing processor powered by a Super Hybrid Engine, abbreviated as SHE. It helps to maintain an optimized performance. It also positively affects the whole power management unit of the netbook by ensuring a better and long battery life.

One major feature of Asus X101 is the cloud storage, also known as the Drop box, which makes it much easier to sync files via cloud. It also enables a free and easy access to the files and their handling and supports in editing such acquired files from almost all the devices without an effort.

At the event, the ASUS Technology (India) Country Head, Alex Huang said that the ASUS X101 netbooks comes with integrated productive needs of the consumers keeping in mind the customer lifestyles to enhance the customer experience of ASUS Technologies. He expressed his hopes that the new product will supposedly bring in considerable transactions.

The Director of Intel-New Platforms Business Group, Prashanth Adiraju commented at the event that Intel with its partners like ASUS will make personal computing much more affordable. The statement has proved to be so true, with the notebooks was announced to be made available in the market at a very affordable price rate of Rs 12,499.

The first look of the ASUS X101 has brought out many positive reviews. The netbooks are expected to have a fast user interface. It comes preloaded with many applications like email, social networking, education and several other features.
