With a number of new players coming into the tab territory with their affordable devices, Indian tablet market has seen a slew of new releases of late in the budget segment. One of them to foray in the category is Pune-based tech firm Byond Tech, the manufacturer unveiled its new tablet series in the Indian market named as the "Mi book" series in October. The latest devices from the manufacturer to have been spotted for sale online is Mi-book Mi3, which is now available on Flipkart for purchase at a price of Rs 6,090.
Talking about the features, Mi3 tablet boasts a 7-inch capacitive multi-touch display along with 800 x 480 pixels of resolution. Further, the new tablet runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS and is powered by 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor. Mi-book Mi3 also has a 2MP camera at the back along with a VGA front-facing camera for video calling.
It has 3D video and gaming support and comes with free 3D goggles in the box similar to the Mi1. On the memory capacity front the tablet has 8GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM and further will come loaded with 3200 mAh battery. Connectivity features of the tablet will inlcude, 3.5mm audio jack, 3G (via Dongle), Wi-Fi only, USB 2.0 and HDMI.
Additional features in Mi3 would include Android Market, AppOn, 3D Games, Facebook, Twitter, Multiple Languages Support, eReader and 3D Video Support and the tablet will come with 1 Year manufacturer warranty along with 6 months manufacturer warranty for other inbox accessories.
