GFive Tablet is a competition for the recently launched Beetel Tablet called the Beetel Magiq, which is of the same price range. Hopefully GFive Tablet will have better specifications than the Beetel Magiq. The new GFive Tablet will have a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen and is reportedly going to be launched probably by the end of this month. A few sources familiar with G'Five say that the company desires to expand their retail network and make the tablet available for a wider range of consumers. In order to do so, they are looking for partnership from channels as well. As per reports from sources close to company, they also plan to tie up with retail stores, primarily the LFRs (Large Format Retail Stores) which have a number of chain retail stores all over the country.
Besides the Tablet PCs, G'Five, reportedly, will also be making their move on bringing out electronic products like Netbooks, Laptops digital photo frames etc. Consumers may also expect Music devices from G'Five as well. News is that G'Five is all set to make the big leap by launching an array of Android and Windows based 3G compatible Tablets having price in India below Rs 10,000/- and this strategy of theirs has a potential to break the current market and raise their success rates to whopping percentages. G'Five apparently was planning this from the beginning of this year and was ready to launch their products by June, but got delayed due to some technical problems.
G'Five didn't bother to reveal significant specifications of their new Tablet except the fact that it will sport a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen. The Beetel Magiq tablet supported WiFi and 3G and was priced around Rs 10,000/-. So it's pretty certain that GFive Tablet will also possess similar features, may be better. If the tablet comes with a unique User interface, camera and screen specifications and with a price tag around Rs 10k, then there won't be any hope for its competitions in the market at present. However, with new Tablets storming into the Market G'Five is going to have to struggle a bit to earn their place. But we will have to wait a bit more to see it.
