The next-gen Nexus 7 should be taken seriously, when it comes to build quality. The original Nexus 7 had a soft rubbery back. Although, the tablet would retain same 7-inch display, but now the rear back seems rather plain. Yes, cosmetically you will see a big difference. The arrangement of Nexus logo has been shifted. The position of the speakers has been shifted, at the top and bottom of the tablet. There's a notification LED light at the bottom of the tablet. Now the rear camera at the back has been accommodated. The headphone jack is at the top of the tablet. Twitter sensation @evleaks recently flashed more alleged images.

The latest rumor say Google has gone for Qualcomm chipset instead of Nvidia processor. The leaked information suggests a 1.5GHz Quad-core processor (Snapdragon 600) coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of ROM (non -expandable).

When the first gen Nexus 7 was announced, everyone was unhappy to see missing camera on the rear back. Looks like, Google learnt from its past mistakes and decided to use a 5-mega pixel camera sensor on the next-gen Nexus tablet. The front side will have a VGA quality camera, which will be fine to many. With Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is expected to go live, we may think that the camera UI will also be revamped with more editing features to be introduced. Only time will tell?
