Google has announced the roll out of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Nexus 7 users. The company promises improved performance and stability with the release of this updated version. Users can now enable home screen rotation towards landscape orientation.

Home screen rotation is one of the major attractions of this firmware update as it was a feature which was absent in the previous 4.1.1 version. The latest Jelly Bean update on-board is being referred to as Jelly Bean 4.1.2.
