The palmrests, touchpads and the keyboards in both laptops are pretty awesome. But Acer's FineTip Chiclet Keyboard is way better and comfortable for typing.

Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabooks' price in India tags range from about Rs 51,900/- to 77,900/- approximately. Lenovo U300 is a bit less price in India comparatively starting from Rs 37,000/- to about Rs 55,000/- approximately.
