Motorola Droid 4 and Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos Smartphones
Motorola Droid 4 and Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos are both powerful android based smart phones that give you good value for your money. Motorola Droid has undergone many stages of evolution and finally became what it is today. Droid 4 has not yet been released but is expected to hit the shelves in the near future itself. A new and improved version of the Samsung Galaxy Pro with dual SIM support is what Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos also is all about. The mobile phone is set to be launched in China and its releasing date is also not clear.
Motorola Droid 4 features a slider phone design. The screen slides side ways and there is a full QWERTY key pad beneath it. This touch and type functionality will enable the user to navigate and type very fast. Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos comes in a touch screen design with a QWERTY keypad. The phone is small and compact and features very good ergonomics.
Motorola Droid 4 will have a 4 inch screen size. The qHD display would mean that it packs in close to 960 x 540 pixels in its screen. Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos has a smaller display, owing to its form factor, and is at 2.6 inches. The screen is TFT capacitive touch screen type and has a display resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. There is a proximity sensor too adjacent to the screen.
Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos will run on a single core processor having a clock speed of 832 MHz. Its system memory capacity is about 4 GB. There will be an expandable memory slot too. On the other hand Motorola Droid 4 will be running on a dual core processor having a clock speed of 1.2 GHz and has 1 GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity will be about 16 GB. This means that Motorola Droid 4 will come in handier for doing processor intensive tasks since it packs in a dual core processor and as it is clocked at a higher speed. But the thing that makes Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos special is its ability to handle two cellular networks at the same time.
Motorola Droid 4 and Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos price tag are not yet announced. But by the looks of it appears that Droid 4 will have a higher price tag than Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos.
