MSI Exhibits New Laptops At Gitex 2011
MSI will be chiefly launching four major notebook ranges that incorporate powerful display units and the latest and most advanced processing platforms for smashing performance - the G Series (GT683R, GT780R and GT780), F Series (FX420 and FX620DX), X Series (X460DX and X730) and C Series (CX480 and CX640).
The G Series laptops from MSI range will feature the most advanced discrete graphics card from Nvidia that is debuting at Gitex 2011, while the X460DX is powered by the 2nd generation Intel Core i processor. This is a super slim computer and also features the heat dispersion technology developed by MSI in-house. This, combined with the Intel Core i technology gives the X460DX superb performance. Technological innovation in the CX480 consists of the high performance new generation CPU from Intel.
MSI range G Series also feature the second generation quad core Core i7 processors along with the latest Nvidia discrete graphic card. Gamers have been given special attention while designing the GT780 and GT780R with MSI working closely with SteelSeries to design a rugged keyboard that can bear the brunt of extreme gamers' enthusiasm. Superior multimedia experience is also guaranteed with the high resolution screens, full HD, Dynaudio and THX TruStudio Pro wraparound sound.
Those with a penchant for crisp sound will also like MSI range CX480 and CX640 laptops that feature the high fidelity wraparound capabilities of the SRS PC Sound, brilliantly manifesting them whether you use headsets, external speakers or built-in ones.
But there is another innovation too in the C Series, pioneered by MSI - the Time Stamp software. This is a major data restoration tool that helps you backup data with a click. And it takes only a few seconds. If you set the software to automatically backup data, it can finish the task in a mere ten seconds, and the laptop doesn't need to be switched on for the data backup or systems restoration to activate, in case of any issues. The C Series multimedia notebooks are powered by the 2nd generation Core i Intel processors as well as the debuting GeForce discrete graphics card from N vidia.
The MSI range X-Slim Series laptops may only weigh 1.4kg (for the 13.4-inch X370) and 1.9kg (for the 14-inch X460DX) and have a thickness of less than an inch but they prove they are great for the life of a busy travelling professional, with more than 8 hours of battery power. The AMD dual core processor powers the X370 while the Core i second generation CPU from Intel powers the X460DX.
MSI is launching the F Series for the first time at Gitex 2011. These feature many hardware and software technological innovations as well.
