Korean tech giant Samsung has arrived with a high performance laptop in the market. The new product on the table is Samsung Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D. The ‘Yellow’ in the product name mentions the only available colour variant of the laptop. Samsung has taken an uncharted route to provide an attractive and bright yellow colour to the casing.

Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D makes use of an extremely powerful AMD Radeon HD 7870M mobile GPU for powering its graphics. The GPU manages an optimal balance between performance and power consumption. Hard disk specifications stand at 1 TB HDD along with a fast 128 GB SSD. The hard disks are accommodated in a dual HDD 2.5 inched bay setup.

The 3D screen enhances the gaming experience. The 14.3 inched super bright 3D LED Display supports a medium brightness of 400 nit. The display supports a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 in full high definition mode.

Intel core i7-3610 QM working at 2300 MHz, powers the operations of this high end laptop. An upgrade to 3100 Mhz turbo or 3300Mhz turbo is possible with this laptop. Series 7 Gamer Yellow 3D comes with a 6 MB level 3 cache. Intel’s Ivy Bridge CPU has 45 watts TDP which is very impressive taking into consideration the performance of the device.
