Toshiba Qosmio T852 Dynabook on Intel Ivy bridge processors

Toshiba came out with a new laptop model Qosmio T852 with interesting specs. This mid sized laptop comes with a large display screen of 15.6 inches. The laptop is running on Windows (7) operating system.

Toshiba Qosmio T852 is powered by a Core i7 processor with a good processing speed of 2.3GHz. The 8GB RAM (maximum) capacity of this system adds to the processing efficiency. It has a hard drive capacity of 1 TB also. However, an operating time of 2.2 hours seems less for a gaming laptop compared to other models.

This laptop features an optical drive which reads Blu-ray, DVD and also CD. You can have write support of DVD and CD as well. Laptop seems to be decent on connectivity front, it supports Wifi. The overall physical attributes of this Toshiba laptop is also good. It has a physical dimension of 252.5mm X 29.8 × 33.6 ~mm X 385.0mm. It cannot be said as an ultra portable laptop as it has a weight of 3 kg.

As this is a gaming laptop, let us look at the gaming support features of this model. The graphics in this new Toshiba laptop is powered by NVIDIA GT 640M processor. It is out with a discrete graphics adapter. A good multimedia experience is assured with a lot of interesting features. Gaming effects are also enhanced with this powerful GPU. This laptop features 3.5mm audio in and out options. The audio effects are enhanced with stereo speakers from Harman. It has a HDMI card slot as well. The laptop is Wifi and Bluetooth enabled. Connectivity with USB3.0 is also supported.

Toshiba Qosmio T852 comes with a standard keyboard along with a track pad. Inputting of data is made easier with keys of good response. The keys are expected to produce less noise like other similar laptops from the company.

The powerful display of this Toshiba laptop is out with a comparable resolution of 1920 x 1080. It comes with an aspect ratio of 16:9. This Backlit LED display is one of the most notable features with this Toshiba laptop. It offers a 3D display which can be utilized without the help of 3D glasses.

Toshiba Qosmio T852 will hit the laptop market by May25. The price details of this Toshiba laptop is not revealed as of now. It is a laptop with decent specifications in terms of processing speed, storage capacity and graphics features. The price will determine its movement in the market.
