Toshiba Satellite P755, An elegant gaming laptop

There are lot of laptops that is made especially for gaming. But the problem with these laptops is that they are very bulky and the whole design will be centred on gaming. Toshiba recently launched the Satellite P755 laptop.

Features and specifications of Toshiba Satellite P755 laptop are:

  • Intel core i5-2410 M processor

  • Clock speed of 2.3 GHz

  • 6 GB RAM

  • NVIDIA GeForce 3410M graphics card

  • 15.6 inch display

  • 1366 x 768 pixel resolution

  • Full keypad

  • T rack pad

  • Blue-ray drive

  • NVIDIA 3D vision

  • Harman Kardon speakers

  • Good battery life

  • Weight : 2.6 Kg

  • Dimensions: 380 mm wide and 254 mm deep

Toshiba Satellite P755 gets most of its design elements from its bigger brother P770. It actually looks like a scaled down version of the same. The laptop is sufficiently portable and can be easily carried in your backpack. Weighing at 2.6 kg the device won’t slow you down. The device is made in such a way as to be kept in a desk or somewhere and to enjoy games and videos in it.

The black plastic panel has subtle wood grain graphics to it. If you are a fan of ultra bright colours, then you will be disappointed.

The keys in the keyboard are sufficiently spaced. The responsiveness of the keys is of moderate quality and since they remain as isolate buttons it is very easy to type using it. The track pad is very big and is also quite responsive. One drawback is that it does not support multi touch, so no way to pinch zoom your pictures.

The speakers are very good and you would enjoy the clean and powerful sounds coming from it during gaming. The screen is not of HD quality, not that it is an issue, but when being fitted with a blue-ray drive the user will expect it to be. NVIDIA 3D vision supports 3D content and it is a pleasure to watch 3D movies with this laptop.

Toshiba Satellite P755 comes with a price tag of about Rs.45,000/- in India.
