The edges are straight and the corners of the tablet are rounded. The rear portion has some plastic patterning to it and this allows the user to hold the device very easily during use. This tablet is a major improvement in the design section when we consider some other models from the company.
The sufficiently large screen is of Super AMOLED Plus type with regular RGB matrix that gives some very picture quality. The display has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
