With reports already claiming that Apple will release a 12.2-inch large sized tablet, the latest rumour speculates that the Cupertino-based giant could unveil an optional working stylus to accompany the iPad Pro.
The alleged information comes from Ming-Chi Kuo, who is well-known for accurate Apple predictions, now claims Apple to release a stylus during the second half of 2015, alongside the iPad Pro.
In his report, Kuo says that the stylus is preferably more precise than a person's fingers and is more convenient than using a mouse or a keyboard. Furthermore, the analyst believes that the stylus being offered as an optional accessory; instead of bundling with the forthcoming 12.2-inch iPad Pro.
"We don't foresee significant sales of an optional stylus in 2015 and forecast unit shipments of 2-2.5 million. But we believe that the stylus could improve the experience of users, however, and will likely help Apple develop specific customer groups such as the corporate sector and educational institutions."-Ming Chi-Kuo, analyst, KGI Securities
Kuo doesn't see anything specular about Apple's upcoming stylus device. He, however, sees future models to be more accurate with more advance features.
The analyst also expects the Stylus to use a Lightning connector to charge. He expected Apple to ship 2 million to 2.5 million units and adds that the stylus might help the iPad Pro to do well in the education and corporate sector.
