According to Reddit, one of the Zenwatch user received the Android Lollipop 5.1.1 in his device, which makes Asus Zenwatch the first smartwatch to get the Android 5.1.1 update.

Moreover, you will also get always on apps, font size options, abililty to dismiss individual cards, notifies you when you install a new app, scrolling gestures and a new menu to access calls and apps. You also get a lockscreen now.
