Brother International Launches Three New Mono Laser Printers In India

Brother International has announced the launch three new Mono Laser printers in India. The company looks to establish a deeper connect with the Indian Consumers with the new products. Brother which is the No 1 printer brand in US aims to capture 15% of the Indian market share in the Mono Laser category by 2015.

 
Brother International Launches Three New Mono Laser Printers In India

Although Brother is a an old global brand, it is relatively a new name in India. However, their printers are used by big names in the Industry including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC, Indigo, Siemens, Dell, Carl Zeiss amongst others.

 

The three new printers introduced include HL-1111, a single function laser printer, DCP-1511 & MFC-1811 which are basically MFCs. The company tells Gizbot that it looks to push the affordability and reliability bracket with the three new products.

Alok Nigam, Genral Manager of sales, marketing and services says the printers can deliver up to 1500 pages within a margin of Rs. 1350 this includes, this includes toner and drum cost. Also the printers come with twin, dust-resistant rollers, to ensure that papers don't stick. Also, the papers move in a C path so they don't curve, instead you get a clean, crisp and straight end copy.

HL-1111 Monochrome Laser printer:

The HL-1111 is a Monochrome Laser printer with 20 ppm print speed that offers USB 2.0 connectivity with a 200Mz Processor. The printer boasts of a toner saver mode that ensures toner is saved while printing documents. Additionally, one can also print the time & date &/or user ID on the document. The printers that supports Windows & Mac, also allows users to print easy to read, professional documents into booklet formats. The printer is priced at Rs. 5,000.

DCP-1511 Monochrome Laser MFC:

The DCP-1511 is a Monochrome Laser MFC, which offers 16MB memory, has high speed USB 2.0 connectivity with 200Mz Processor. With print speed up to 20 ppm, the first page time out is less than 10 seconds and the warm up time from sleep mode is less than 18 seconds. The printer offers the Toner save mode and Poster printing along with the watermark printing and the manual booklet printing. The copy function allows multi copy, N-in-1 copying which compresses 2 or 4 pages into one A4 sheet along with the ID Card copy function to print both sides of the card on one page. The device also allows users to send scans to Email, Images or Files. The printer is priced at Rs. 9,090.

MFC- 1811 Monochrome Laser MFC:

The MFC- 1811 is a Monochrome Laser MFC, which offers 16MB memory, has high speed USB 2.0 connectivity with 200Mz Processor along with a 10 page ADF. With print speed up to 20 ppm, the first page time out is less than 10 seconds and the warm up time, from sleep mode, is less than 18 seconds. The copy function allows multi copy, N-in-1 copying which compresses 2 or 4 pages into one A4 sheet along with the ID Card copy function to print both sides of the card on one page. The device also allows users to send scans to Email, Images or Files. Additionally, the Fax function features a modem speed of 14.4 Kbps. The printer is priced at Rs. 13,100.
