Huawei TalkBand B1 to Launch in India Early Next Year
It was in the beginning of this year when China's Huawei had started to sell the TalkBand B1 in China. The exciting part is that the tech giant will launch its first ever smart band in India, early next year.

Huawei has been carefully examining the wearable market for some time, and now it is the perfect time to introduce the TalkBand B1 for the Indian market.
On the sidelines of Huawei's Honor 6 Plus event in Beijing, a senior executive of Huawei has confirmed to GizBot that the company will indeed launch the TalkBand B1 in India, early next year.
So far, Huawei is waiting to make some handsome amount of sales in the Chinese market. After a good response the company plans to announce a price deduction on the band which is currently available at $140 or Rs. 8,680.
When launched in India, TalkBand B1 will take up the challenge with rival contestants product, the Xiaomi Mi band, which is believed to be the cheapest fitness band in China. The senior executive, has not revealed the exact retail price of the hybrid band.
The market for wearable devices in India is still growing. However, Huawei appeared to be upbeat about this growing segment.
Huawei TalkBand B1 - Highlighted Specifications
The Chinese company originally showcased the TalkBand B1 at this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Basically, the smart band tracks your fitness and incorporates a Bluetooth headset with dual microphone. It has the pop-out Bluetooth headset that allows you to take calls and offers seven hours of talk time.
The Bluetooth module has a 1.4inch OLED screen, and it offers a number of features, including a sleep tracker and pedometer, among others. The Talkband B1 comes in a variety of colours and is resistant to water and dust.
