Logitech Launches New Range Of Audio Products
Logitech has launched it's ‘Ultimate Ears' range of premium music products in India, priced between Rs 8,995 to Rs 34,995. The company looks to step it up in the audio department with their new line of products.
"We feel it could easily become 20 per cent of our business," said Logitech Director (India and South-West Asia) Subrotah Biswas.
The company has 5 different devices including bluetooth headphones and speakers - UE Mobile Boombox, UE Boombox speakers, UE 6000 & UE 9000 headphones and UE 900 professional monitoring earphones. According to the company these products are basically aimed towards corporate sectors and will be marketed via social media and radio.
"Right now we are targeting the top five metros to sell the products," said Biswas.
The products are said to be made available in over 100 gizmo stores and 50 multi-product chains in the next 7 days.
Logitech acquired Ultimate Ears, a custom in-ear monitor (IEM) and earphone manufacturer, back in 2008. the new audio lineup is product of the merger.
