Amazon's Next Kindle is More Likely to Be Called Oasis: Everything You Need to Know
After numerous speculations and rumours, the next-gen e-reader dubbed as Kindle Oasis surfaced in a new leak revealing the entire detail on the Internet today. As per the listing from China and Canad, this Kindle Oasis is expected to come with built-in page turn buttons on one side of the screen.
With this edition, Jeff Bezos's company is mainly focussing on ergonomy of the device, which lets the users to hold it more comfortably. Moving on to the specifications, the Kindle Oasis comes with Carta E-ink screen and an LED backlight, translating into a 300 ppi screen similar to paperwhite (2015).
Moreover, this Kindle variant comes with rechargeable leather battery case consist of 12 magnets that hold the case and the device together. With this case, the battery life of the device is increased by months, as per the company. Further, this case comes in black, brown, and red color versions. This device comes in both Wi-Fi and 3G variants.
Coming to the pricing, the Kindle Oasis will be priced around $999 (approx Rs. 66,300) and will hit the market shelves officially this week.
