Samsung to Launch A Round Dial Smartwatch to Dwarf Moto 360
The global market for wearable devices is still at a relatively nascent stage. There are hardly tier-1 players producing wearable gadgets, except Samsung and Google.
But things might get change this summer when both Motorola and LG will officially introduce their respective intelligent watches running on Google's Android Wear operating system. The tech industry, in particular, bets big on the Motorola Moto 360, a smartwatch with a circular , round touch screen display.
With the Moto 360 set to be launched sometime in July, Samsung might have plans to mimic Motorola's style with a similar looking smartwatch. Yes, you heard it right!

Well, it seems that Samsung will move beyond the square-faced Gear 2 when it comes to design. The round shaped Samsung smartwatch was recently revealed in a new patent application filed by the company back in 2013.
According to the latest leak, the round Samsung smartwatch UI and features has been teased in detail. The mysterious smartwatch could feature an in-built camera and a heart rate monitor. The intelligent watch reportedly bring weather, location and fitness-tracking direct to your arm.
For the time being, there's no update on a release date or price of the mysterious intelligent watch.
Samsung Gear Solo Coming This June?
The Gear 2 may not have impressed critics, but it appears that Samsung is planning to release a new variant of its uber-cool intelligent watch.
At the same time, WSJ is reporting that Samsung could announce a new smartwatch with built-in SIM connectivity, making it a full feature phone. The supposed watch will be able to make/take calls, and send/receive email without being paired to another device. The intelligent watch is expected to be powered by Tizen OS.
