The modern day timepiece - which runs Google's Android Wear - has been widely praised by critics for being simple and less clumsy compared to other rival intelligent watches in the same league.

The company claims the watch has an all-day battery life, but it is said to be closer to 12 hours, and it is charged wirelessly.

The specifications of the Moto 360 are as follows: a 1.5-inch circular touch screen having a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels, TI OMAP 3 SoC, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of native storage, 320mAh battery, IP 67 certified, pedometer, heart rate sensor, and uses Bluetooth low energy to connect to your smartphone.

The Motorola Moto 360 is the first ever round Android Wear smartwatch. At Rs. 17,999 in India it's Rs. 3,000 more than the original LG G Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Live. Even though the Moto 360 will cost more, the watch is definitely the best smartwatch model , to date.

The Moto 360 is a very different intelligent watch in respect of design. The device comes in two metallic colors: black, and a stainless steel. The watch is simple in design, with a circular watch face and a leather or stainless steel wristband.

The Moto 360 has the Gorilla Glass-covered 1.5-inch color touch screen. The display has a resolution of 320 x 320 and a pixel density of 205ppi. The Moto 360 is one among the few watches to get a circular screen.

The Moto 360 is very fitness focused. The watch can track heart rate and fitness data. Third-party apps will further enhance the experience.
