Angry Birds v2.3.0 Gets Updated with 15 Levels of Bad Piggies

Rovio has announced an update for its Angry Birds game series. Several users were surprised when they received notification about upgrading the Angry Birds game to the latest version dubbed as 2.3.0. The update notification is being sent to all users having Angry Birds installed on their device.

The new update brings in a total of 15 new level packs of Bad Piggies to the Angry Birds game. As per Rovio the new game is all about Angry Birds celebrating their second birthday and the pigs trying to crash the party. It is up to the players to prevent the party from being crashed by piggies. 

More details about the game can be found on ‘What’s New’ section of the app. Rovio states the new game to be comprised of 15 more interesting levels. The company have also mentioned about the presence of 15 stormy levels in which the bad piggies had taken over the 15-pig themed Angry Bird levels.

Bad Piggies was released a few weeks ago by Rovio entertainment. The game proceeds from a pig’s point of view. The game has been launched for iOS, Android, Mac and PC. In the Bad Piggies game, Angry Birds are the destructive force where as bad piggies are engaged in the joy of construction. 

The new game is set on a piggy island where pigs are after the eggs but Angry Birds wouldn’t allow it. Bad piggies however need the flying machine for steering safely towards their destination. The new game comprises of a total of more than 60 levels and now another 15 more levels are available with this update. Getting three stars allows users to unlock 30 more levels in addition to the existing levels.
