Asphalt 8: Airborne From Gamloft Gets More New Cars

Great news if you are currently hooked on to the massively impressive Asphalt 8: Airborne game. According to reports, the game has just received a nice and feature-rich update with the game heading to version 1.4.

Apart from getting more new cars to amplify the overall experience, more importantly, the game has parted ways with the massively hated rental fee for events. And now, taking its place is the new Fuel system that allows racers to enter time-limited events.

With the new update, gamers can win some impressive new cars, including the Chrysler ME 412, Ferrari FF, Ford 2006 GT, Ford Mustang 2015, Mercedes CLK-GTR, and Mercedes SLS AMG. And apart from that, there's the extra tank booster which gives new drivers an equal pedestal when competing against long-time racers.

This latest update to Asphalt has already rolled out to iPhone and iPad users, although it's not available on Android and Windows Phone just yet. However, good days are near as Gameloft promises to bring the update in the near future.

Before the recent update, the last major changes to the game arrived back in March. The previous version 1.3 offered integration with the Twitch in-game broadcasting service and an Asian-inspired location with six new tracks.
