How to restore deleted photos on iPhones and Android smartphones
It happens sometimes that we accidentally delete photos on phone or lose them due to some glitch or damage caused to the phone. It especially hurts losing some important or best photos from the gallery when you or somebody else carelessly formatted the SD card. If you too have ended up randomly deleting those memories, in the form of photos in phone, don't worry because you can get them restored in your phone.

We give you tips to restore photos on your Apple iPhone running iOS 8, and Android smartphones.
Follow these steps to get those photos back on Apple iPhone (running on iOS 8) user.
1. Launch the Photos app
Open the native photo gallery on your iPhone and then go to Moments section.
2. Look for Albums
Go to the Albums option at the bottom of the Moments section.
3. Search ‘Recently deleted' photos
The Albums has a list of folders of photos. Now, look for the Recently Deleted folder and open it.
4. Open the folder
iOS automatically stores the deleted photos in the Recently Deleted folder for a period of 30 days and then automatically delete them permanently until user choose to save them back. So a user can restore the photo that they deleted accidentally from the phone, before 30 days from the date they deleted it.
5. Restore before 30 days!
Open the folder and restore from the thumbnail images, before these are gone permanently automatically.
Follow these steps to get those photos back on Android smartphones:
1. Check if the MicroSD card is corrupt or working fine
If your microSD card has the photos and it gets physically damaged, than you can't restore the photos that were saved on the card.
2. Download Android Data Recovery
Download the free trial version of the Android Data Recovery on your computer that can help lets you restore lost pictures from Android devices.
3. Must check the battery back up
Ensure there is enough battery in your devices. You need at least 20 percent of the battery to go ahead with the process.
4. Connect your Android device to your computer
After you download the app, install and run it on your computer. Now, connect your Android device to the computer.
Note that you must have the driver installed on your computer to run the app, otherwise it will not detect the phone.
5. Scan your phone
Once your phone is detected by the software, opt for the Next option and choose the type of the file that you want to scan. In this case, you need to click on the Gallery option. Now, scan your phone for lost photos by selecting the scanning mode from Standard or Advanced. When you choose to scan your phone, you must as well click on the Allow option to let the program scan your phone for lost data.
6. Preview and restore photos from Android
Once the window shows the scanned data, you can preview and restore the lost photos by clicking on the Recover option.
