Method 1

Navigate towards the chat window

Select the Camera Icon that is located at the top bar of the window

Go to the profile page of your friends

Users will then have to click on the ‘Call’ button

The Call button is located next to the Message button on the right side at the top of the profile page

If the friends whom you wish to call is offline, then users can leave a video message
