When the game displays a message that denotes 100% - Ready, then that means that the game can be played in the offline mode

Go to Steam

Then select Preferences

Make sure that ‘Don’t save account credentials on this computer’ is not selected

In the main Steam menu, users will have to click on the ‘Account’ menu
