#2 Change Settings and Click on Chats and Calls
After you open a your WhatsApp account, go to settings, go to the chats and calls or data usage option. It depends on which version of WhatsApp you are using.
#3 Toggle ON the Low Data Usage Option
After you select the chats and calls or data usage option, there will appear a list of options, and you need to enable the low data usage option.
Below the option, you can clearly see that it states this: Lower the amount of data used during a WhatsApp call.
