STEP:1 Open any web page inside Google Chrome and click on three dots in the extreme right corner of Google Chrome. Now click on More Tools > Developer Tools.
STEP:2 Click on 'Profile' from the top headers and then toggle the Device Toolbar button. It will turn blue upon activation.
