#1 Login to Gmail
Type gmail.com and sign in to your account. Once your email account is open, you need to go to the settings option at the top right of the email screen.

#2 Tap on UNDO Mail Option
After going to settings, go to general and then click on the UNDO mail option from the list. To make the UNDO option work, you have to enable the UNDO mail option first.

#3 Set the UNDO Time
Next, the user would be required to set the UNDO time to anything they want, The UNDO time ranges from 5 seconds to 30 seconds.
The users can set the time as per their requirement. However, setting it to 30 seconds is the best thing to do. After doing so, click on the Save option and save your task.
#4 Send out an Email
After changing the settings, the user can now send a test mail, and there will appear a UNDO message option at the top of the window.
