Follow These Simple Steps to Stop Videos from Auto-Playing on Facebook
A few months back, the social networking site Facebook has enabled the auto-playing videos option on its website and apps, which is great if you want to watch a lot of videos.
But there are some group of people who finds it annoying when you scroll the feed generally and can't even pause the video also. Sometimes if you are browsing Facebook on a mobile data connection, it will consume most out of it.

However, there is a way to disable this option on the Facebook app, on both Android and iOS! You can follow the below steps to avoid the autoplay feature in both website and apps.
Desktop users
Step 1: Go to settings, just above the log out option!
Step 2: Click on the Autoplay Videos and choose Off from the drop-down menu.

Android users
Step 1: Go to the settings option on the top right corner of the app ( it is indicated by three horizontal lines)
Step 2: Scroll down, till you find App settings
Step 3: Tap video auto play option
Step 4: Tap the last option to stop videos from automatically playing, while scrolling down.

iOS users
Step 1: Go to the settings option on the top right corner of the app
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Setting option
Step 3: Tap Account setting and choose Videos and photos
Step 4: Now tap on Auto Play
Step 5: Once you reach the page, just tap on the "Never Autoplay Videos" to stop Facebook videos.
