There have been several instances of deleting an email accidentally, but later we might want to recover it. It is very evident that as and when we delete an email, it automatically gets stored in the 'Trash' folder. However, what if we have 'deleted forever' from the trash folder as well?
How Gmail Works?
No worries it seems like Gmail doesn't delete any emails permanently, and it is hidden somewhere and stored in its database.
Here are a few simple steps that anyone can try to recover their deleted emails both from the inbox as well as the trash folder.
Log in to you Gmail Account
First, a Gmail userhas to login to their email account and find out which email is missing from their inbox. You can simply check the trash folder once to see if the email is stored there.
In case its not, continue with the next steps.
Go to the missing emails support page
After logging into your Gmail account, to recover the deleted messages, you have to first go to the missing link email support page.
Fill the Form
There will appear a small form required to be filled by you. The form will need you to fill the first data when the email went missing, and also the other necessary details so that they can easily recover your deleted email.
Click on Submit option
After filling the form completely, just click on the submit button. After which you'll receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org stating that the email has been retrieved after which you can simply check both the Inbox and Trash folder to check the deleted email.
