Download MyJio App From Google Play Store

Once after verifying your smartphone, you need to download an application called 'MyJio' with which you can get a SIM card for free. And, yeah the application is available for free via Play Store.

Open MyJio App and Start Setup

Once you are done with downloading the application, you need to now open the MyJio App again from inside the app. Once after opening the MyJio app, you'll see and option called 'Get Jio SIM'. Hit on it and agree all the asked terms and conditions.

Verify Your Mobile Number and Name

In this step, the application will ask for your name and mobile number to generate a preview code. Fill up those details and verify your mobile number to proceed further.

Check Availability of Your Location

In the next step, the application will ask you to check whether the services are available in your location or not. Do make note that, Reliance JIO is available for almost all locations. So, if you face any error such as 'Service not available in this location', please double check your location by setting it manually.

Generate Offer Code

In this step, you need to generate and offer code which is also called as 'Preview Code' to get a JIO SIM card.

You can follow the on-screen instructions to get a clear idea on how to get a SIM card, however, it is so simple. All you need to do now is to visit a Reliance Digital Store nearby your location along with the generated preview offer code, the code generated smartphone, KYC Documents of your address proof and a photo of yours.

Wait For Tele-Verification

Once you're done with visiting the store and got your SIM card, you now have to wait for SIM to get activated. Within 24 hours to 48 hours, you will get the signal on your smartphone and after that call '1977' to verify your details. Upon tele-verification, you will be able to access Reliance JIO 4G services for free up to 90 days.
