Now, the much-awaited feature of WhatsApp is live for both Android and Windows Phone users. Well, you need to be a Beta user of WhatsApp to get the video calling feature.
Latest version of WhatsApp is needed
First, you need to make sure that the latest version of WhatsApp is installed in your phone. If not, install the APK of WhatsApp Beta with the version number 2.16.318. The one on Play Store is not updated with the video calling feature.

Both users should have the beta version installed
Remember that the person you are calling using the WhatsApp video call feature should also have the beta version of the app installed on his or her mobile. If not, you will not be able to make a video call and it will state that the recipient should update to the latest version of the app.
How to make Video Calls on WhatsApp?
Similar to voice calls, all you need to do make a video call on WhatsApp is to click on a contact you wish to call and hit the call option. Instead of connecting a voice call, you will be able to choose between voice and video calls. You can choose the latter and make a video call.
