Check Flash Version and Video Card Driver
Before playing a video, ensure that you have the latest version of the flash player installed.
One also needs to check on their most recent video card driver as it works on par with the video streaming software.
Reduce the Quality of the Video
Although its not a good option to practice, reducing the quality of the video can fix the never ending buffering problems. The lower the feed, the lesser the data you need. This will help the video play in a much better way.

The performance of a streaming video is much better from a direct wired connection as compared to wireless.
