Due to different reasons, Chrome tabs or windows may tend to freeze up or hang during task management. This is especially annoying when you are in the middle of something important. There is an easy fix to this problem.

Just press Shift + ESC to open up the Chrome Task Manager. This gives you a list of all the tasks running on Chrome, allowing you to end processes all at once.

While Adobe is on its mission of killing the age-old Flash Player, some websites simply refuse to remove it as their default player. If you are repeatedly getting a message that says Flash has crashed, you need to eliminate the plugin to avoid this issue.

To turn it off, type chrome://plugins/ into Chrome's Search bar. Navigate to the setting for Adobe Flash Player and click Disable.
