Xiaomi Mi 3
Chinese handset makers, especially Xiaomi, is also one of those that offer big on internal spacing. This Xiaomi smartphone, which measures 114mm×72mm×8.1mm and weighs 145g, also houses a 16 GB internal memory. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM 8974AB) processor coupled with 2GB DDR3 RAM.
OnePlus One
Though the new OnePlus One maybe a tough ordeal to get for most without invitations and subscribing, the handset does offer some beefed up specs, especially in context of internal memory. The OnePlus One features a 5.5-inch Full HD display offering a resolution of 1920 ×1080 pixels slapped with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on it. OnePlus One has been released offering 64GB internal memory and draws energy from a heavy 3100 mAh battery.
Sony Xperia Z3
