Smartphones with good internal memories are a big thing in the modern day standard. Sure, we still have a craving for further external memory support even though our phones have their own internal space, but a big internal memory is always an added bonus.

Handsets are coming thick and fast these days. There are the ones that arrive from big name companies like Samsung or Sony, and then there are the others from Micromax and Xiaomi that have also taken a lot of interest from people. But the standard of a big internal spacing remains.

The Motorola Moto G Dual SIM comes with a 5-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection offering an HD resolution 1280 x 720 pixels. The handset also houses 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU. It also uses a 1GB of RAM for multi-tasking purpose and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.

The HTC Desire 820 comes with a 5.5 inch HD LCD display churning out the pixel density of 267 ppi pixel density. Internal storage of the phone is seated at 16GB and it can be further enhanced up to 128 GB via microSD card. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Octa-Core CPUs clocked at 1.5 GHz and 1.0 GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. The biggest point of the phone is that it has a 64-bit processor with integrated LTE modem.

The brand new Galaxy Note 4 from Samsung also falls into this list. The handset sports a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a QHD resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a pixel density of 515ppi. The display also employs Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Galaxy Note 4 has been made available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB on-board storage variant, and all these three devices support microSD card for memory expansion up to 128GB. The Note 4 runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat with the latest version of the home-backed TouchWiz UI layered on top.

Chinese handset makers, especially Xiaomi, is also one of those that offer big on internal spacing. The Mi 3 sports a 5-inch IPS display offering a full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 441ppi pixel density with Corning Gorilla glass protection. This Xiaomi smartphone, which measures 114mm×72mm×8.1mm and weighs 145g, also houses a 16 GB internal memory. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM 8974AB) processor coupled with 2GB DDR3 RAM.

Though the new OnePlus One maybe a tough ordeal to get for most without invitations and subscribing, the handset does offer some beefed up specs, especially in context of internal memory. The OnePlus One features a 5.5-inch Full HD display offering a resolution of 1920 ×1080 pixels slapped with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on it. OnePlus One has been released offering 64GB internal memory and draws energy from a heavy 3100 mAh battery.

Sony has been around the park with its Xperia range of handsets in the past. And the same is the case with the newly launched Xperia Z3 as well. The Xperia Z3 sports a 5.2-inch display offering a Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The display is powered by company's Triluminos Display for mobile and X-Reality for mobile picture engine. The smartphone comes with a 16GB on board storage, however, it can be expanded up to 128 GB using microSD slot.

Lenovo's newest addition to the block not only offers a massive battery support, it also goes big on internal spacing. Lenovo's Vibe X2 sports a 5-inch (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box with Vibe UI 2.0. The handset also offers 2GB of RAM, 32GB of inbuilt storage, 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, and a 2300mAh battery.

Another Samsung handset makes it to our list, and it's one of the big ones from the South Korean handset giant as well. The Galaxy S5 features a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display offering a Full HD resolution and churns out the pixel density of 432 ppi. The handset offers 2GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board storage (expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot) and runs on Android KitKat 4.4.2 OS with the layer of the upgraded version of the TouchWiz UI including a new notification bar.

While the Motorola Moto G has captured the imaginations of most, the Moto X hasn't remained far behind also it raises the ante in terms of pricing. The Motorola Moto X comes with a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and it is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974-AC) processor with Adreno 330 GPU. The device can be bought in two variants depending on the internal storage capacity viz. 16GB and 32GB.

Last but not the least, the HTC heavyweight (and a personal choice) One M8 takes the center stage with its more than life specs. The HTC One (M8) comes with a 5.0-inch display offering a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it features a Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection as well. The handset comes with a native storage capacity of 16GB and it is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot. HTC One (M8) comes with 4G LTE support and other connectivity optiosn remain standard with the inclusion of 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n (2.4 and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX codec, NFC and GPS with GLONASS.
