3 New Blackberry Curve Models Announced
Blackberry Curve 9350, Blackberry Curve 9360 and Blackberry Curve 9370 are surprisingly similar at the same time unique in their own ways. All the three models weigh 99 grams and are of a bar design with an exactly same 109 X 60 X 11 mm dimension. The Blackberry Curve 9360 has a QWERTY keypad. The models support all the basic network bands of 3G.
The new mobile phones are equipped with a 2.44 inch TFT touch screen display .The pixel resolution is a 480 X 360 in all the three models. Blackberry Curve 9350 and 9370 are geared with a 5.0 Mega pixel digital camera but both lack a LED flash. 9360 has a same camera but with a LED flash. The pixel support for the camera is the same with a 2592.0 X 1944.0 pixel for all the three. Blackberry Curve 9350 and 9370 have the added advantage of 4 X digital zoom.
The Curve models support many listed audio formats which consists of MP3, MPEG4, AAC, FLAC, WMA, WAV, AMR, OGG and even a MIDI Player with 3.5 mm audio jack. The phones support multi format video recording too with the player supporting formats like MP4, M4V, 3GP, AVI, ASF, WMV Player. Curve 9360 features a loud speaker which is not an option in Blackberry Curve 9350 and 9370. The data connectivity of the models is secured with WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and enhanced Bluetooth utility. The Bluetooth version is a 2.1 in the entire model range. Improved data transfer methods are equally presented in the devices and with the MicroUSB 2.0 ports included, the devices can be synchronized with any supported external device.
Now when it comes to data storage facility in the phones, the Curves 9350 and 9360 have support for MicroSD and MicroSDHC cards. The T Flash card found in both the handset models is absent in 9360 model. All the three models are provided with an open option to expand its memory to a 32 GB.
The power supply in each of the three models is different with Blackberry Curve 9350 having a Li ion 1000 mAh capable of giving a talk time of up to 5.5 hours and a standby time of 348 hours. Meanwhile it's a Li ion 1050 mAh in Blackberry Curve 9360 and a Li ion 1000 mAh in Blackberry Curve 9370.
So it gets difficult for one to stamp ‘The Best' title to any one of the handsets with each handset reportedly having equal demands all over the world.
